World-class production in Marmara, Ereğlisi and Corlu
Marmara Ereğlisi
The plant, which started production in 2006, is a modern rolling mill located in parallel production within the closed area of the existing steel mill. The billets produced in the steel mill are loaded hot into a natural gas fired furnace. It produces 900,000 tons per year by applying full automation at every stage of production. In addition to flat and ribbed rebar, there is an opportunity to produce round bars of the same size for the machine-building industry.
Karabük
Established in 1964 on an area of 10,000 m2 with 9,000 m2 covered, our rolling mill is the first production facility of the Kaptan Group of Companies. Today it operates with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year. The rolling mill working with fuel oil produces all kinds of ribbed, round rebar, wiping, llama, square and angle iron in our facilities with a tav oven.
Çorlu
Our rolling mill, which was established in 1987, was completely renovated in 2015 and its capacity was increased to 500,000/ton. Türkiye'nin ilk doğalgaz ile çalışan haddehane tav fırınına sahip tesislerimizde her türlü nervürlü demir üretimi yapılabilmektedir.
